So many people are involved in this operation. Many members of our community come in for Volunteer Day (Sundays & Wednesdays) to help package up the beans before fermentation.
At Maui Tempeh Company we maintain a very diligent production schedule and come in long hours Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Whenever we get the chance, or when it seems Most Necessary, we will call off a day of production and go
out on an adventure!
